INLEX Law Firm acted as legal advisor to Banka Ekonomike Sh.A. in connection with the acquisition of the assets and liabilities of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş., Branch in Kosovo. The transaction represents one of the most significant and legally complex acquisitions in Kosovo’s banking sector to date.
